Building
When proposing to build any structure over 9m2 you will be required to obtain a building licence. Please refer to the Building section for more information on building services. Building Information Sheets are availalbe for downloading.
Health
When proposing to estabish or operate any of the following you may be required to obtain an approval under Health regulations:
- Food preparation or sale premises
- Lodging house
- Public building
- Onsite effluent disposal (septic tank / aerobic treatment unit)
- Swimming pool
Planning
