Thank a Volunteer Day is an annual event run by the Shire of Augusta Margaret River in recognition of the valuable contributions made by volunteers in our community. Nomination forms for the Volunteer of the Year and Youth Volunteer of the Year Awards are available here:
Nominations close 4pm Friday 6 November 2020.
Awards will be presented at the Thank a Volunteer Day Celebration, to be held from 6pm to 8pm on Thursday 10 December 2020.

Volunteering is an activity which takes lots of different forms: formal or informal, individual or in groups, inside or outdoors, locally or overseas. Volunteering is an activity which can suit every lifestyle, ability, interest and skill, while also having lots of fun in the process.
